The room is a beautiful, light filled space, offering king size bed living accommodation for 2. Completely refurbished in calm and quirky decor, with views out to the fields and the hills from both aspects. Whether you are lounging in bed or on the sofa, you can be guaranteed of stunning surroundings. A fabulous leather sofa to relax on in front of a large flat screen TV with a full choice of programmes, free wifi, table and chairs for 2 and enough hanging and wardrobe space to make yourself at home. A Bose docking station allows you to listen to your choice of music, and with adapters available at your request, can be made compatible to most Smart phone connections. The shower room offers a fabulous drench shower housed within a large shower unit, storage for all your bits and pieces, and large fluffy bath sheets by The White Company to wrap yourself up in whilst enjoying even more lovely views!
Within the comfort of your room there is the choice of making yourself a nice cup of tea or coffee, perfect for first thing in the morning or last thing at night. The easy to use Dolce Gusto machine also makes the most spectacular hot chocolates! Downstairs in the kitchen area you can choose to rustle up anything from a boiled egg and toast to a full dinner. A 4 'extra thick' slice toaster, 2 pan hob, combination microwave oven and fridge freezer makes sure you have all the necessary facilities to prepare a great meal in.
We can't think why, but if for any reason you feel the need to do any washing and ironing, these facilities too are available. (washing and ironing facilities are shared with the owners but we have special fairies in this house so you will never see them at work or getting in your way!) On balmy days, outdoor seating is yours to be enjoyed at any time if you wish. We welcome our motorbike friends and can offer secure garage space for your bike as well as washing facilities for the bike (at a small cost) and drying facilities for your kit should you have been caught in the Scottish weather! Similarly, if you are cyclists, walkers, fishermen or Shooters and require space to store equipment and dry out 'things' then the garage can be made available to you.
If you prefer not to worry sometimes about the bother of preparing food, we can offer you a fabulous continental breakfast with a choice of pastries, breads, jams, muesli, juice and fruit (at an additional cost) so please ask.
