For total peace and tranquillity (apart from the sheep out the front as a gentle reminder you are in the country) we guarantee you will not be counting sheep to get to sleep once your heads hit our luxurious pillows, for what we hope will be a stay to remember and one you will 'haste ye back' to!
We are very lucky here to be on the edge of everywhere and yet completely cocooned in the stunning and ever changing scenes of the Perthshire countryside.
Just 15 minutes drive from Perth centre, an hour from Edinburgh and Glasgow and central to the rest of Scotland we couldn't be better placed to make your stay as relaxing or as accessible to new places, as you would wish.
We have a plethora of sights to see, from a beautiful walk around the ancient Roman Ridge that surrounds us, starting right here on our doorstep, catching sight of 'our' Osprey when they are here or stopping for a chat with our highland coo's, to an indulgent visit to our local and infamous Gleneagles Hotel. St Andrews is a short and beautiful car journey away as are many of our old Scottish towns such as Dunkeld and Pitlochry and the amazing wee villages that populate the beautiful coastal routes of Fife as well as, of course, our stunning West Coast.
Fishing, shooting, walking and cycling as well as many other outdoor activities can all be accessed easily from here as well as our local shops and pubs.
We could go on for ever about where to go and what to visit, there is so much. We shall therefore leave it to your own choices and preferences and be happy to make recommendations at any point should you wish. Or you may simply wish to arrive and relax.
